    The Committee on Government Organization moves to amend the title of the bill to read as follows:

    “A BILL to amend and reenact §11-13D-3 and §11-13D-3a of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended; to amend and reenact §11-13F-4 and §11-13F-5 of said code; and to amend and reenact §24-2A-1 and §24-2A-2 of said code, all relating to reduced utility rates for low-income residential customers; describing eligibility criteria; setting tax credit rates; and providing rule making authority.”
